1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Renewable Robin website (the "Site"), operated by Agentic Alchemy ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What we do
Renewable Robin provides information about renewable-energy options for UK homes and connects interested homeowners with MCS-certified installers. We are an information and introduction service. We do not carry out installations ourselves.
3. Estimates are not quotes
Any figures shown on the Site, including potential savings, system sizes, generation estimates and grant or funding amounts, are indicative estimates based on the information available. They are not a quote, a guarantee, or financial or technical advice. Eligibility for government schemes and grants is decided by the relevant scheme or installer, not by us. Always confirm details with a qualified installer before making a decision.
4. Installer introductions
Where you ask to be contacted, we may pass your enquiry to one or more MCS-certified installer partners. Any survey, quote, contract or installation is solely between you and that installer. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for the installer's work, advice, pricing or conduct.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Site lawfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
6. Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of the Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
7. Liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on estimates or information on the Site, or from your dealings with any installer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Privacy
Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
