Renewable Robin is a renewable-energy information and installer-matching service for UK homeowners, operated by Agentic Alchemy ("we", "us", "our"). We help homeowners find out whether their property is suitable for solar panels, heat pumps and batteries, and connect those who are interested with MCS-certified local installers.

2. Information we collect

We collect:

• Information you give us when you use our quiz, address lookup or enquiry forms: your postcode and address, your name, email address and phone number, and details about your property and energy use (for example roof type, current heating, and whether you own the home).
• Information collected automatically when you visit the site: your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and how you reached us, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Information from third parties: when you enter your address we may retrieve publicly available property data, such as an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) record, to estimate suitability.

• To assess whether your home is suitable for solar, heat pumps or batteries and give you an estimate.
• To match you with MCS-certified installers and pass your enquiry to them so they can provide a quote.
• To contact you about your enquiry and, where you have agreed, about related products and offers.
• To operate, secure, analyse and improve our website.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We rely on the following lawful bases to process your data:

• Consent — where you submit an enquiry and agree to be contacted, or opt in to marketing.

5. Who we share it with

• MCS-certified installer partners, so they can prepare a quote for the work you have enquired about.
• Service providers who help us run the site, including our CRM (Zoho), our address-lookup provider (Ideal Postcodes), property-data sources (the UK Energy Performance Certificate register), our hosting provider (Vercel) and Google services (including Google Ads and Analytics) used to measure and improve our marketing.
• Authorities or advisers where required by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your progress through the quiz, and measure traffic and advertising performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the site works.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, and to meet our legal obligations. Enquiry data is typically retained while we and our installer partners follow up your interest, and is then deleted or anonymised.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service is intended for homeowners aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
